Client is responsible for submitting a 50% deposit upon request for each custom rug. This 50% deposit covers material costs, and places clients on the order list.

 

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AGAIN : This deposit covers cost of materials to begin your beautifully hand crafted, custom rug.

 

There is a 2 week (14 DAY ) turnaround time for each Custom Rug commission submission. (14 DAY) TURNAROUND TIME STARTS WHEN RUG ORDER HAS STARTED.
